A Partner is to provide the architect with the following information requested in case the requirements of a proper store localization and trade square standards (90 – 100 sq meters) are observed:

           the map of the outlet location: the map of a trade center or a street where a store is to be located with a reference to other brands location.

           the map of the outlet with all dimensions, stationary and non-stationery elements, fitting rooms, technical devices, anti-fire system, emergency exits and installed lightening.

            the vertical developed views of shop-windows and the trade center.

            the plan of the ceiling

           the plan of air conditioning

           the map and vertical views of the interior with dimensions

           vertical view of the façade

           the trade center regulations concerning materials and furniture permits, etc.

           the outlet photos, accompanied with a scheme of the areas which have been taken pictures of

           any other significant details that might directly and indirectly influence the project development
